Pick up right where you left off in the team assistant.

Updates to the team assistant:

  • You can now see the previous conversation history when re-opening a ticket. The AI will not generate a new response from scratch again.
  • We’ve also added the option to Reset a conversation if needed.
  • Notes are now available across sessions. To reflect this change, the Create note button has been renamed Notes.
