- The team assistant can now summarize and answer multiple questions per ticket.
- You can now filter conversations based on the segment.
- We’ve implemented a better PDF parsing library. If you have indexed PDFs, you can retrain them with the improved system to see if the results are better.
- We’ve adjusted the AI to make less arbitrary decisions. When multiple articles could answer a question, the AI now summarizes options and asks for clarification before proceeding, ensuring more relevant responses.
