New Features

  • You can set an AI maturity stage to focus on in your account: acquisition, retention, sales expansion, or customer support. You will then always know what to do next within the selected track to advance further, and can receive guidance from the Unless platform and your account manager accordingly.
  • The inbox is now split into separate tabs for better organization of grouped messages.
  • There’s a new option to customize the “contact support” label shown in the AI widget.
  • You can now invoke an AI agent directly from a knowledge suggestion when the content library is enabled.

Improvements

  • The content library now shows available articles when clicking on a node, with improved text readability and scroll behavior.
  • Knowledge suggestion tasks can now be edited after creation.
  • Analysis of flagged AI responses has been improved to now also check any additional settings like persona, custom rules, etc to explain why a certain answer was given.

Bug Fixes

  • The team assistant authentication flow has been fixed; users without access to the default website no longer see unauthorized errors.
  • Conversation exports now work correctly for large batches.
  • Google Drive shortcut files are now handled correctly.
