Dynamic persona switching by lifecycle stage

• The AI assistant can now dynamically switch to a different persona based on the lifecycle stage (acquisition, retention, or sales expansion) that best matches the visitor’s current intent based on the provided criteria.

Bug fixes

• Resolved an issue where the AI answer analysis tool was not taking the selected document into account when reviewing flagged responses.
• Adding criteria to a lifecycle stage no longer resets a previously saved custom persona back to the default.
• Agentic skills will no longer show if the opening hours setting doesn’t match.
