Help is now built right into your dashboard.

  • When using the team assistant, you now have the option to submit a suggested answer (for review), which will appear in your Inbox under the Knowledge suggestion tab. Suggesting an answer (for review) via the Unless team assistant

  • The Unless AI is now accessible in your Unless dashboard and can be accessed via the Help button on the lower left corner of the screen. Unless AI help available in the dashboard
