  • Xurrent integration now supports ticket ingestion.
  • Xurrent tickets are also supported in the Team Assistant.
  • ⚙️ MantisBT integration is now live! You can pull your MantisBT tickets into Unless to use as similar tickets for your AI.
  • Team assistant no longer auto-switches websites based on the domain of the website. (It will now only auto-switch for the enabled integrations like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho.)
  • When a user ends a live chat, the ended message will also be synced to the Freshchat/Zendesk agents.

Bug fixes:

  • In the search bar component, the second question was registering as a new conversation instead of a continuation of the existing one. This has been fixed.
  • Starting AI actions were not getting translated to the conversation language.
  • For the “suggested follow-up questions” action, the action name was getting translated, but not the question itself. That is no longer the case.
  • Livechat agent in a different region couldn’t respond back in Freshchat. This has been fixed.
