Control action translation and set chat metadata

• You can now configure an action to not translate. By default, actions are translated.
• If the chatMetadata property is set on Txt, it will automatically set metadata in the chat. You can use this if you want to programmatically set some metadata on the conversation (ie. name, email, etc.) which will appear on the conversation details in the dashboard.
