# Connect Zendesk brands and Hubspot pipelines

 - When configuring the team assistant, you can **connect Zendesk brands or Hubspot pipelines** to segments.  - When viewing the source(s) used for an AI response, the end-user will only see the sources that have been selected by the AI.  - **User roles** in Unless have been changed to administrator, user, and team assistant only.
 - Messages in a conversation were sometimes showing out of order. This has been fixed.
